 Membership Discount -  if you are an active member of CKCS and you would like to take advantage of the 20% member discount for classes and workshops, you must enter the discount code BEFORE you complete your purchase.  

This is done by clicking the VIEW CART button, and in the USE COUPON CODE box, enter the code of MEMBER and click on Apply Coupon,the price will then be reduced. Scroll down the page to see your reduced price. This will not work for memberships. 

We will not be able to extend you the member discount if you complete your order without doing this step.

When CKCS classes, workshops, or SIGs are scheduled, and there is bad weather, such as snow, ice, high winds, etc., our policy about canceling the class or SIG is left to the class teacher's discretion or SIG leader. When there is bad weather, the roads in the city often become reasonably clear by mid-morning or afternoon, and an instructor might decide to continue with a class. The member's/students' decision as to whether the roads they travel are safe enough for them to use and to determine if they should attend or miss a class or event. Check your email in the event of a cancellation. Call the office to hear a recorded message about an upcoming in-person SIG.
